Natural Gas
$375 in the city limits
$500 in the county
$50 connect fee (Effective 3/1/2023)
Prices are for 100 feet of service. Anything over 100 feet is $3 per
foot extra.
Additional meter fee may apply to larger than standard gas loads.

Sanitary Sewer
EFFECTIVE 7/1/16
$1,500 for each single-family residence in the city limits
$600 for each additional unit located within the same structure in the
city limits
$2,100 for each additional single-family residence in the county
$840 for each additional unit located within the same structure in the
county
Note: In the event the cost to the city exceeds the above tap-on fees (water and/or sewer), a determination of the actual cost shall be made by the Director of Public Works, and such cost shall be the responsibility of the water and sewer customer.
Please note: Sanitary sewer service may not be available to all areas
of the
city and county. Also, annexation or deed restriction requirements
may apply
to county residents.

Stormwater
Residential Flat Fee: $3.50 per single family dwelling (1 ERU) per month, and $3.50 per dwelling up to 5 dwellings per property.
Commercial: Billed based on square footage measurement at $3.50 per ERU, + $2.33 per ERU for additional area over and above 60,000 sq ft.

Within City Limits
- 0.75" meter: $875
- 1" meter: $1,050
- 1.5" meter: $1,750
- 2" meter: $2,625
In the County
- 0.75" meter: $1,225
- 1" meter: $1,470
- 1.5" meter: $2,450
- 2" meter: $3,675
Any tap size larger than 2" will be billed at cost.
Please note: Water service may not be available to all areas of the
city and county.
Also, annexation or deed restriction requirements may apply to county residents.
